Urban Planning Law Practice:

The Urban Planning Law area advises public and private entities on planning, land management, execution of planning and land use instruments and procedures. We work in continuous and close collaboration with the Real Estate Law area, which also has great autonomy in its advice and specific clientele.

The advice is provided by multidisciplinary teams made up of lawyers specialising in urban planning, real estate, tax and environmental law. We have advised on the urban development of large tourism and hotel projects, residential, commercial and office projects, and mixed and industrial projects.
